Our School Day

School Hours

Our school gates open from 8.45am for all children in Key Stage One and Key Stage Two and we encourage children to arrive promptly so that they can start the school day by 8.50am.

Parents and Carers can access school through the gate from the front of school or at the Sandfield Terrace side of school.

Children in Reception end their day in school at 3.20pm. Nursery sessions run from 9.00am – 12.00pm and from 12.30pm – 3.30pm.

Children in Years 1 to 6 end their day in school at 3.30pm.

Our school week is 32 hours and 55 minutes long.

School Lunches

School lunchtime runs from 12.00pm to 1pm.   Lunch is held in the hall and costs £3.00 per child.    If your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2, they qualify for Universal free school meals which means Parents and Carers are not required to contribute to school dinner costs.

Meals must be booked on Appetite and school will help you register and log-in once your child starts school.   You can pay for meals in advance if your child is not eligible for Free School Meals. Meals must be booked the morning the meal is required by 9am.
