Welcome to the page of Tadcaster Primary Academy Community.  We are a voluntary organisation made up of parents, carers and friends of Tadcaster Primary Academy and our aim is to support school and raise money to assist in providing fun and educational activities for our children.

We are a small and very friendly group of parents and carers who are supported by Miss Towler and Mrs Bairstow within our meetings.  We meet once a month for a natter and to discuss ideas for future fundraising events.  The meetings are usually held at 6.00 pm in the Hub.   New members are very welcome.   We’d love to see you there even if you can’t attend every month.  If you have an idea for an event please let us know.    You can ask to join our Facebook page to keep in touch with information on what we are doing.

All the money raised goes towards helping to fund “extras” for our children in school,  such as:   Playground equipment, reading books, school trips, Christmas gifts and much, much more.

We have organised the following:- The school lottery, held a stall at Tadcaster duck race, Halloween disco, sponsored a tree at Tadcaster Christmas tree festival, the school Christmas Fair, Christmas Cards designed by your children.  We also organise the Mother’s and Father’s day presents, Film Night, Fun and Games nights and the Summer Fair.
